Assistant Stylist - Oakbrook

The FLEX Assistant Stylist, Salesperson Video Program, will collaborate with on-set crews and Project Coordinators to prepare samples for video shoots. This role involves receiving samples from various sources and ensuring their readiness for filming according to weekly schedules and product volume. Flexibility in hours during peak periods and travel between store locations may be required.

• Prepare samples for video shoots, including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and censors.
• Ensure timely preparation of products for assigned filming shifts.
• Maintain accurate labeling of products throughout the shoot process.
• Keep the prep area clean and organized according to program and store guidelines.
• Report product discrepancies and damage to Project Coordinators and regional Producer.
• Procure items from the salesfloor as needed, following store guidelines.
• Collaborate with store logistics teams to ensure inventory is checked out during filming.
• Communicate with program teams via Slack.

• Bachelor’s or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
