Associate - Audit And Control

Summary

The Associate, Audit And Control performs switchboard, general office, accounts payable and cash office balancing functions while supporting internal services to the store. This role manages inquiries, parcel and bag check, and contributes to loss mitigation through office practices and audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and route or deliver messages promptly
• Maintain and update the location phone directory
• Oversee repairs of technical systems including point of sale equipment
• Perform banking reconciliation and petty cash management
• Code invoices and conduct chargeback investigations
• Manage Customer's Own Goods and No Inventory Value tracking
• Conduct department audits of company policies and procedures
• Provide follow up support on audits to ensure compliance
• Maintain a neat and tidy office environment to mitigate loss

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of work experience in a similar environment; retail preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel PowerPoint and Word
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform financial tasks such as reconciliation and invoice coding
• Understanding of privacy policies regulations and cyber security measures
