Associate Audit and Control

The Associate, Audit and Control at Holt Renfrew is responsible for providing essential office functions including switchboard operations, accounts payable, and daily balancing within the Cash Office. This role also involves executing internal services for the store, such as handling general inquiries and managing employee parcel and bag checks.

• Answer inbound customer calls following company standards and accurately route them or deliver messages promptly.
• Maintain the phone directory for the location and oversee repairs of technical systems like POS.
• Provide financial support through banking reconciliation, invoice coding, petty cash management, and chargeback investigations.
• Manage Customer’s Own Goods and other No Inventory Value/No Charge tracking.
• Ensure general office practices are maintained and the workplace is neat and tidy to mitigate loss.
• Perform department auditing of company policies and procedures and provide support and follow-up on audits to ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of previous work experience in a similar environment, preferably in retail.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
