Responsibilities- Inspire passion for our Leather Goods internally and externally.
- Act as a liaison between our region and global partners in Paris.
- Assist in developing and executing seasonal buys for Leather Goods.
- Partner with the buyer to analyze sales and define action plans to grow the category.
- Ensure stock optimization and monitor core replenishment stock and sales.
- Monitor business by store, SKU, and implement initiatives to maximize local business opportunities.
- Compose weekly, seasonal, and ad hoc business recaps.
- Collaborate with the global team on product feedback, strategic pricing, and market needs.
- Host in-store trainings and develop strong partnerships with store leaders.
- Work closely with internal departments including Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Public Relations, Supply Chain, and Client Services.
Requirements- Passion for the Saint Laurent brand and luxury products.
- Strong taste level and appreciation of luxury products.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong business acumen and proficiency in retail math.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to travel internationally to Paris and locally to US stores.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in buying within luxury retail, with a preference for experience in Leather Goods.
