Associate CRM Manager

Summary

The Associate CRM Manager supports CRM reporting, campaign execution, and client development initiatives across the Americas. Working with CRM, VIC, Retail, and HQ teams, this role uses client data and performance insights to inform engagement strategies and strengthen client recruitment, retention, and long-term engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM reporting, campaign execution, and client development initiatives.
• Analyze client data and performance to identify opportunities and inform engagement strategies.
• Work closely with CRM, VIC, Retail, and HQ teams to support business objectives and key CRM priorities.
• Contribute to client recruitment, retention, and long-term engagement.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in CRM, customer management, client development, data analytics, clienteling, or a related field; luxury, fashion, or retail experience is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, business intelligence tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with accuracy and attention to data integrity.
• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
