Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a luxury experience for customers. The role supports customers, removes obstacles, and provides knowledgeable guidance about RH products and services.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with polished communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Engage customers to identify needs and connect them with the appropriate associates.
• Collaborate with partners and leaders to exceed customer expectations.
• Build brand loyalty and revenue through knowledge of products, processes, and systems.
• Educate potential design customers about RH Interior Design services and build relationships.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; high-end luxury retail experience preferred.
• Confident, poised, people-oriented, and skilled at delivering first-class service.
• Strong prioritization, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google applications.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
