Associate, Customer Experience

Summary

The Customer Experience Associate delivers exceptional service and creates a luxury experience for customers. This role supports customers, connects them with the right associates, and helps build relationships and loyalty through knowledge of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with polished communication, appearance, and professionalism.
• Identify customer needs and partner with associates and cross-functional teams to exceed expectations.
• Develop knowledge of product offerings, processes, and systems to build brand loyalty and revenue.
• Qualify and educate potential design customers about interior design services.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while delivering responsive, high-quality service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; high-end furniture or luxury retail experience is preferred.
• Confidence and discretion when interacting with high-end customers.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google applications.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and travel to the nearest gallery as needed.
