Summary
Lead client development strategy for the boutique to maximize client engagement and deliver exceptional client experiences. Develop and implement clienteling, outreach, and event strategies in partnership with boutique management and corporate teams to grow high-end local clientele and support boutique objectives.
Responsibilities
- Set vision and strategy for client development across VIC High Potential and top client segments
- Develop boutique-aligned strategies to improve voice of customer in partnership with management
- Represent the brand and build high-level relationships to inspire boutique teams and engage clients
- Define and implement clienteling strategy targeting key client segments
- Lead client and business development initiatives with category managers and client engagement teams
- Plan and execute high ROI local event strategies in partnership with Events and boutique teams
- Identify and target high potential clients and create special experiences to increase retention
- Partner with corporate teams to elevate programs for top clients such as gifting and event tickets
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of related leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience developing client development and clienteling strategies
- Extensive high-end local network and strong industry relationships
- Ability to develop and coach boutique teams and uphold boutique standards
- Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights weekends and some holidays
- Ability to lift 15 lbs
