Job Description

Summary

The Associate Director, Client Development is responsible for elevating client service and maximizing client engagement for the boutique. This role develops client outreach and clienteling strategies that support brand vision and boutique objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Set client development strategies for very important clients, high-potential clients, and other top client segments.
  • Partner with boutique management and corporate teams to improve client experience, implement clienteling strategies, and grow a high-end local clientele.
  • Develop and lead client and business development initiatives, including high-return events and special experiences that improve client retention.
  • Build relationships with clients, elite prospects, and local communities while representing the brand.
  • Elevate programs for top clients, including gifting and event experiences.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of related leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Extensive network, strong industry relationships, and established ties to relevant local communities.
