Summary
Brand ambassador and business leader responsible for driving the assigned product category, coaching and managing a sales team, supporting the Boutique Director with business insights, and delivering elevated client experiences in boutique. Requires in-store presence and flexibility to work nights weekends and some holidays.
Responsibilities
- Spend time on the selling floor to coach and inspire the team to deliver elevated client experiences
- Foster a positive work environment and a culture of feedback and teamwork
- Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge service delivery and brand savoir faire
- Drive all aspects of the assigned product category including analysis reporting and assortment planning
- Partner with Home Office buying team on category initiatives
- Run product category operations and lead the team with agility and resilience
- Develop the client base through community involvement partnerships and events
- Equip the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge to support boutique performance
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to lift 15 lbs
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
- Proven ability to manage coach and develop in-store teams
- Strong analytical and reporting skills for assortment and category planning
- Excellent communication and client relationship building skills
