Job Description

Summary

The Associate Director, Product is a store-based business leader and brand ambassador responsible for driving the performance of assigned product categories, coaching and managing a team of salespeople, and equipping the Boutique Director with critical business insights. The role balances on-floor leadership, assortment planning, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with home office partners to deliver elevated client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Spend time on the selling floor to coach, inspire, and develop the sales team to deliver an elevated client experience
  • Drive all aspects of the assigned product category including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning
  • Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge, service delivery, and brand savoir faire
  • Represent the boutique in market activities, community partnerships, and client development events
  • Lead the team with agility and resilience, monitoring key performance indicators and implementing improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
