Associate Distribution Planner - Midtown

Summary

Three-month seasonal role supporting regional distribution and flow management across the Americas. Responsible for optimizing inventory, managing exceptional flows and zone transfers, and collaborating with merchandising and retail teams to ensure timely product delivery and maximize sales potential.

Responsibilities

• Support regional distribution strategies aligned with merchandising priorities
• Optimize inventory and replenishment to improve sales and coverage
• Adjust distribution based on regional sales and stock performance
• Manage exceptional product flows and Made-to-Order reception
• Coordinate zone transfers with central distribution to minimize depreciation
• Monitor sales, stock coverage, and replenishment needs to optimize sell-through
• Report and analyze distribution performance and identify improvements
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Retail on launches and events

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in distribution, allocation, or supply chain
• Experience in luxury or fashion retail preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; Python is an asset
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to last-minute adjustments
