Summary
Responsible for managing finished goods and bridal production procurement activities across North America and Europe, supporting new product launches, replenishment, repairs, and vendor communications. Serves as a liaison between retail stores, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate tracking, and resolution of production or system issues. Works closely with the Senior Manager to support reporting, data integrity, and ad hoc projects in a hybrid Tribeca-based role.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with North American, European, and bridal suppliers regarding purchase orders, production quantities, capacity, and priorities.
- Review and approve or reject supplier promise dates and track on-time delivery across product lifecycles.
- Monitor supplier schedules for high-priority items and new collection launches.
- Maintain and update vendor tracking, bridal production, and customer service logs.
- Troubleshoot invoice and receiving discrepancies.
- Coordinate shipments and pickups with messengers, shops, and internal shipping teams for bridal repair and production.
- Manage retail buying requests and oversee end-to-end bridal production workflow.
- Partner with IT to resolve Oracle and system issues affecting production and repair order releases.
- Participate in launch and bridal meetings to align on deliveries and development timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional procurement experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate data into recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management and Oracle systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
