Summary
The Associate Gallery Leader will provide leadership across all facets of the gallery to deliver a luxury experience for customers and support associates. This role focuses on coaching and developing teams, driving results, and executing strategy to uphold the RH design aesthetic and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop cross functional teams with coaching and performance management
- Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance
- Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
- Attract and hire talent at all levels to meet business needs
- Educate teams on product assortment and the RH point of view
- Partner with People Team to address human resources priorities
- Manage complex priorities and remove obstacles for associates
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Support gallery operations including floor and stock room coordination
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
- Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
- Commitment to quality with strong attention to detail
- Strategic and mental agility with results driven orientation
- Proficiency with Mac OS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver gallery spaces
- Willingness to stand bend stoop and perform physical tasks as required
