The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury customer and associate experience, leading cross-functional teams, and executing strategy to drive results in a high-end gallery setting. This leader coaches and develops staff, removes obstacles to success, and represents the brand through polished communication and professionalism. The role requires a passion for luxury design and the ability to operationalize the RH point of view across the gallery.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to gallery associates.
- Coach and develop teams to create a positive and dynamic work environment.
- Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability.
- Represent the brand with polished communication and professional appearance.
- Educate teams on product assortment and the company point of view.
- Attract and hire talent across all levels for gallery needs.
- Partner with People Team to address human resources concerns and complex priorities.
- Embrace change and deliver top results while removing obstacles for associates.
- Maintain gallery operations including floor, stock room and office coordination.
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail.
- Superior organization and leadership skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others.
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strategic and mental agility with results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces.
