Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader provides leadership across all facets of the gallery to deliver a luxury customer and associate experience, driving strategy and execution while coaching and empowering cross-functional teams. This role requires a passion for luxury design, polished communication, and the ability to remove obstacles for associates to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop gallery teams through coaching and performance management
• Represent the brand through professional appearance and polished communication
• Drive results via team engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Educate teams on product assortment and the company design point of view
• Attract and hire talent at all levels for the gallery
• Recognize and address complex priorities and partner with People Team on HR concerns
• Embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude
• Ensure gallery standards for presentation and quality are maintained

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail
• Superior organization and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery and stock room
