Job Description

Summary

As an Associate Gallery Leader at RH in Charlotte, you will play a pivotal role in leading a cross-functional team to deliver a luxury experience for our associates and clients. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving strategy and execution, ensuring that the RH brand is represented with excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Live and promote RH's Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
  • Represent the RH brand with polished communication and professionalism.
  • Educate teams on luxury design and RH's product assortment.
  • Coach and develop teams to foster a positive and dynamic environment.
  • Drive results through team engagement and accountability.
  • Attract and retain top talent for the business.
  • Address complex priorities and human resources concerns promptly.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
  • Superior organization and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Commitment to quality with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
