Summary
The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for delivering first-class service and creating a luxury experience across the gallery. This leader coaches and develops cross-functional teams, drives results through engagement and accountability, and supports execution of strategy and operations within the gallery.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through polished communication, appearance and professionalism
- Coach, lead and develop teams to promote a positive and dynamic environment
- Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
- Attract and hire talent for all levels within the gallery
- Educate teams on product assortment and the company point of view
- Recognize and address complex priorities and human resources concerns with People Team
- Embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude
- Ensure associates are empowered to remove obstacles and do the right thing
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic and mental agility and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery and stock room
