Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader will provide leadership across all facets of the gallery, delivering a luxury customer and associate experience while driving strategy and execution. This role coaches and develops cross-functional teams, supports talent attraction and resolves human resources matters in partnership with People Team. The leader will champion the RH design aesthetic and ensure operational excellence on the gallery floor.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with polished communication and professional presence
• Coach, lead and develop teams to foster a positive and dynamic environment
• Drive results through engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Educate teams on product assortment and the RH point of view
• Attract and hire talent for various levels within the gallery
• Manage complex priorities and escalate HR concerns with People Team
• Promote commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Embrace change and deliver results under shifting circumstances

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail
• Superior organization and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others
• Passion for luxury design and ability to execute RH design aesthetic
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
