As an Associate Gallery Leader at RH in Raleigh, you will play a pivotal role in leading a cross-functional team to deliver a luxury experience for our associates and clients. You will be responsible for driving strategy and execution, ensuring that our teams are empowered to provide first-class service and embody the RH brand.

• Educate teams on luxury design and RH's product assortment.

• Address complex priorities and human resources concerns in partnership with the People Team.

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
