Summary
The Associate Gallery Leader oversees all facets of gallery operations and leads a cross-functional team in delivering a luxury experience. This role develops teams, advances business results, and brings the RH design aesthetic to life.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand with polished communication, professionalism, and a passion for luxury design.
- Educate teams on the product assortment and design point of view.
- Coach, lead, and develop teams while fostering a positive, accountable environment.
- Drive results through engagement and empowerment, and attract talent at all levels.
- Address complex priorities and partner with the People Team to resolve human resources concerns.
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
- Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Strategic and mental agility, a results-driven approach, and openness to feedback and improvement.
- Passion and ability to master and execute the RH design aesthetic.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and perform the physical activities required to work around the gallery, stockroom, and office.
