Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader leads all facets of the gallery business and delivers a first-class luxury experience for associates and customers. The role leads a cross-functional team, develops talent, and drives results while championing the RH design aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with polished communication, appearance, and professionalism.
• Educate teams on the product assortment and design point of view.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams while fostering a positive and dynamic environment.
• Drive results through engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
• Attract talent and partner with the People Team to address human resources concerns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Passion and ability to master and execute the design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and perform prolonged standing and other physical movements.
