Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader leads all facets of the gallery business and supports a luxury experience for both associates and customers. This role develops and empowers cross-functional teams while advancing the RH design aesthetic and business results.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand with polished communication, appearance, and professionalism.
• Educate teams on the product assortment and RH design point of view.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams to strengthen engagement, accountability, and results.
• Attract talent, address complex priorities, and partner with the People Team on human resources concerns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams, deliver results, and execute the RH design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs. and meet the physical demands of working on a gallery floor.
