Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is a store-based leader responsible for delivering a luxury customer experience and leading a cross-functional gallery team. This role emphasizes coaching, developing and empowering associates to drive sales, operational excellence and adherence to the gallery’s design aesthetic. The leader partners with People/HR on employee matters, attracts and develops talent, and ensures teams are equipped to meet strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop gallery associates to deliver exceptional luxury service and achieve results.
• Represent the brand through polished communication, appearance and professional conduct.
• Drive team engagement, accountability and continuous improvement in sales and operations.
• Hire and onboard talent at all levels and support ongoing development and performance management.
• Support execution of merchandising, visual standards and the gallery design point of view.
• Address complex priorities and partner with People/HR to resolve employee relations issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail.
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire teams; results-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury design and ability to execute a curated design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending and maneuvering on the gallery floor.
