Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader provides leadership across all facets of the business, delivering first-class service and a luxury experience for associates. The role leads a cross-functional team focused on strategy and execution while advancing the brand's luxury design point of view.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with polished communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Educate teams on the product assortment and luxury design aesthetic.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams, fostering a positive and dynamic environment.
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
• Attract talent and respond to priorities and human resources concerns in partnership with the People Team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Superior organization and leadership skills, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Passion and ability to master and execute the design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, bending, and climbing.
