Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader leads all facets of the gallery business and delivers a first-class luxury experience for associates and customers. This role develops cross-functional teams and drives strategy and execution while representing the RH brand and its design point of view.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead, and develop teams to create a positive and dynamic environment.
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
• Attract talent and respond to complex priorities and human resources concerns in partnership with the People Team.
• Educate teams on the product assortment and RH design aesthetic.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others, with exceptional attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• Passion for luxury design and ability to master and execute the RH design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs. and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities.
