Job Description

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader provides leadership across all facets of the Tulsa gallery, delivering a luxury customer experience and empowering teams to execute RH's design vision. This leader coaches and develops cross-functional staff, removes obstacles, and drives results through engagement and accountability. They represent the brand through polished communication and a deep passion for luxury design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop gallery teams to promote a positive and dynamic environment.
  • Deliver first-class service and represent the RH brand through polished communication and appearance.
  • Educate teams on product assortment and the RH point of view.
  • Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability.
  • Attract, hire and develop talent at all levels.
  • Recognize and respond to complex priorities and partner with the People Team to address HR concerns.
  • Remove obstacles and provide operational support to enable associates to execute effectively.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
  • Superior organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others.
  • Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver effectively around the gallery floor and stock room.
