Associate Gallery Leader - Tysons Gallery

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader will provide leadership across all facets of the gallery, delivering a luxury customer experience and supporting associates to ensure execution of brand strategy and operational goals. This role focuses on coaching teams, driving results, and representing the RH design aesthetic while managing complex priorities in a high-end showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cross-functional gallery teams through coaching and mentorship
• Represent the brand with polished communication and professional appearance
• Drive team engagement, empowerment and accountability to achieve results
• Educate teams on product assortment and RH point of view
• Attract and hire talent for various levels within the gallery
• Address human resources concerns in partnership with the People Team
• Embrace change and adapt to shifting business priorities
• Ensure gallery operations maintain high quality and attention to detail

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail
• Superior organization and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others
• Commitment to quality with strong attention to detail
• Strategic and mental agility with results-driven mindset
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver the gallery floor
