Summary
Support the General Manager in leading a luxury retail store by driving sales, developing and coaching the sales team, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service and brand representation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high performance sales team through training coaching and motivation
- Assist General Manager with day to day store operations and staff oversight
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to company standards
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and support clienteling efforts
- Support back of house operations including inventory receiving shipping and POS systems
- Enforce security and loss prevention measures to optimize shrink results
- Collaborate on events marketing and client experience initiatives and report findings to management
- Demonstrate accountability delegate tasks and provide a professional work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in fashion or business preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience luxury retail preferred
- Full understanding of specialty retail including clienteling visual merchandising and store operations
- Proficiency with retail point of sale systems Word Excel and email
- Strong leadership critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- High energy outgoing entrepreneurial sales focused personality
