Associate General Office

As a General Office Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the cash office under the direction of the General Office Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions and customer interactions.

• Process morning cash entry from previous day's sales.
• Track and process incoming customer packages.
• Field store calls as the operator.
• Process customer bill payments.
• Open the store: safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
• Count register and petty cash.
• Reconcile Saks and 3rd party chargebacks.
• Resolve customer issues such as researching bills and lost packages.
• Work with associate inquiries.
• Process daily bank deposits.
• Maintain registers and update systems.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in computer use.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to generate new ideas.
• Ability to achieve and exceed goals with limited coaching.
