Associate Hospitality Leader - Fashion Island

As an Associate Hospitality Leader at RH Newport Beach, you will support leadership in developing and executing business strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience and leading associates during shifts.

• Live RH's Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Assume full responsibility for the guest experience and lead associates during shifts.
• Provide front-of-house leadership, including training associates and maintaining equipment and facilities.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings, communicate business updates, and lead Values messages.
• Conduct hiring interviews, mentor, train, and coach teams.
• Collaborate with the Hospitality Leadership team to develop business growth strategies.
• Develop food and beverage knowledge and lead associates to do the same.
• Be accountable for financial audits and paperwork.

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the Hospitality industry.
• Ability to work independently and with leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team leadership and accountability for revenue goals.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Team player with a creative and enthusiastic outlook.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing for extended periods.
