Summary
The Associate Hospitality Leader will support the Hospitality Leader to drive service and operational excellence within the restaurant, inspire and develop team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while meeting financial and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members with training and in the moment guidance to uphold dining room service standards
- Partner with the Hospitality Leader on recruitment hiring and onboarding
- Implement and uphold quality and safety standards across hospitality spaces
- Engage with guests and act as a resource for team members to ensure a seamless experience
- Support financial performance through assessing labor and sales reporting and implementing revenue practices
- Create strategic team schedules to optimize business and client experience
- Assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- 3+ years previous hospitality leadership experience in a high volume full service restaurant or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and food costs and inventory controls
- Expertise with computer systems including Microsoft Excel inventory management and point of sale systems
- Ability to work autonomously make strategic decisions and collaborate across leadership levels
- Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
- Ability to frequently move and lift items up to 50 lbs and stand and walk for extended periods
