Associate Hospitality Leader

As an Associate Hospitality Leader at RH, you will support leadership in developing and executing business strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience and leading associates during shifts to uphold the company's vision, values, and beliefs.

• Live and promote RH's Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Assume full responsibility for the guest experience and lead associates during shifts.
• Provide front-of-house leadership, including training associates and delivering world-class customer service.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings, communicate business updates, and lead Values messages.
• Conduct hiring interviews, mentor, train, and coach teams.
• Collaborate with the Hospitality Leadership team to develop business growth strategies.
• Develop and share food and beverage knowledge with associates.
• Manage financial audits, paperwork, and daily balancing.

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work independently and with leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills and accountability for revenue goals.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive outlook and creative mindset.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
