Lead and support dining room operations within the Design Gallery restaurant as a member of the Property Leadership Team, partnering with the Hospitality Leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences, develop team members, and drive operational and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members through structured training and in-the-moment guidance to uphold dining room service standards
- Partner with the Hospitality Leader on recruitment hiring onboarding and building a high-performing team
- Drive operational excellence by implementing and upholding quality and safety standards across hospitality spaces
- Engage with guests and act as a resource to create a seamless experience
- Support financial goals by assessing labor and sales performance and implementing revenue enhancing practices
- Create strategic team schedules to optimize business and client experience
- Assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- 3+ years hospitality leadership experience in a high volume full-service restaurant or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor food costs and inventory controls
- Experience with computer systems such as Microsoft Excel inventory management and point of sale systems
- Ability to work autonomously make strategic decisions and collaborate across leadership levels
- Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
- Ability to frequently move and lift items up to 50 lbs and stand and walk for extended periods
