Summary
Lead and support dining room operations within the property's hospitality program, partnering with the Hospitality Leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences, develop team members, and drive operational and financial performance across hospitality spaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Team Members through structured training and in-the-moment coaching to uphold dining room service standards
- Partner with the Hospitality Leader on recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and building a high-performing team
- Implement and uphold quality and safety standards across hospitality spaces and ensure regulatory compliance
- Engage with guests and act as a resource to create a seamless guest experience
- Support financial goals by assessing labor and sales performance and implementing revenue-enhancing practices
- Create strategic team schedules to optimize business operations and client experience
- Assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader to ensure operational continuity
- Provide feedback and guidance to maintain service excellence and team alignment
Requirements
- 3+ years hospitality leadership experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and food costs and inventory controls
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, inventory management systems, and point of sale systems such as Micros
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across leadership levels while making strategic decisions
- Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
