Summary
The Associate Hospitality Leader supports the Hospitality Leader to deliver exceptional dining experiences within the property, focusing on service, operations, team development, and financial performance. This role partners with leadership to hire, train, and guide team members while ensuring quality and safety across hospitality spaces and stepping into full leadership when needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members with structured training and in-the-moment guidance.
- Partner in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and building a high-performing team.
- Implement and uphold quality and safety standards across hospitality areas.
- Engage with guests and team members to create a seamless experience.
- Support financial goals by assessing labor and sales performance and implementing revenue-driving practices.
- Create strategic team schedules to optimize business and client experience.
- Assume full leadership responsibilities in the Hospitality Leader's absence.
Requirements
- 3+ years hospitality leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or equivalent.
- Ability to manage financial performance including labor, food costs, and inventory controls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, and point of sale systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across leadership levels.
- Authorization to work in the country of application at time of application.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
- Capacity to frequently move and lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
