Associate Hospitality Leader

As an Associate Hospitality Leader, you will support leadership in the development and execution of business strategies at RH. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience and leading associates during shifts to uphold the company's vision, values, and beliefs.

• Live the company's vision, values, and beliefs every day.
• Assume full responsibility for every aspect of the guest experience and lead all associates during shifts.
• Provide front-of-house leadership, including training associates and delivering world-class customer service.
• Conduct hiring interviews, mentor, train, and coach teams to further development.
• Work with the Hospitality Leadership team to develop strategies to grow the business.
• Develop food and beverage knowledge and lead associates to achieve the same.
• Be accountable for financial audits and paperwork, including till cash, bank deposits, and daily balancing.

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to lead a team and own accountability for specific revenue goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with notable attention to detail.
• Team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
