Summary
The Associate Hospitality Leader partners with the Hospitality Leader to drive service and operational excellence within the dining room, develop team members, and deliver an extraordinary guest experience in a high volume full service restaurant setting. This role supports financial performance, ensures compliance with quality and safety standards, and assumes full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members through structured training and real time guidance to uphold dining room service standards
- Partner in recruitment hiring onboarding and building a high performing team aligned with the company vision
- Drive operational excellence by implementing and maintaining quality and safety standards across hospitality spaces
- Engage with guests and team members to ensure a seamless elevated experience
- Support financial goals by assessing labor and sales performance and implementing revenue enhancing practices
- Create strategic team schedules to optimize business operations and client experience
- Assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader to ensure seamless execution
- Provide feedback and coaching to maintain service consistency and team development
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years hospitality leadership experience in a high volume full service restaurant or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor food costs inventory controls and resource planning
- Experience with Microsoft Excel inventory management systems and point of sale systems such as Micros
- Ability to work autonomously make strategic decisions and collaborate across leadership levels
- Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts as needed
- Ability to frequently move and lift items up to 50 lbs and stand and walk for extended periods
