Summary
The Associate Manager Brand Activation and Experiences Activator supports development and execution of brand activations and programming in market, ensuring alignment with brand vision and luxury standards. This role coordinates production elements with agencies and internal teams, represents the Maison on-site during events, and reports outcomes to improve future activations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute regional brand events and local activations in line with brand standards
- Arrange venues, catering, entertainment, and all production elements for activations
- Collaborate with Account Owners, Channel Leads, Trade Marketing, and Brand Teams
- Build and maintain relationships with Distributor Account Managers and Key Accounts
- Support planning and logistics for Winemaker and Maison visits
- Present on-site during events to ensure seamless operations
- Report activation outcomes and learnings to inform best practices
- Raise high-priority market opportunities to Area Lead
- Act as brand ambassador to identify market presence opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience
- Minimum 5 years sales or marketing experience in wines and spirits, CPG, or retail
- Activation and event coordination experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Refined communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work evenings or weekends occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs
- Capability to build strong relationships and deliver customer centric solutions
- Knowledge of brand guidelines and customer expectations
