<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Associate Manger, Hennessy Field Marketing, localizes national programming to meet the needs of the local market and consumer. This role serves as the area expert for the Hennessy brand and acts as a liaison between Commercial Sales and Brand Teams. This role requires substantial time in the market, including travel and execution throughout the state. Education
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of experience
Professional Experience
3+ years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, brand marketing, sales, or a related commercial role, preferably in wine & spirits, luxury goods, or hospitality.
Strong business or marketing experience, preferably in the wines & spirits industry. Established skills in all or some of the following: commercial execution, field marketing, planning, communications, and influencing skills.
Capabilities
3+ years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, brand marketing, sales, or a related commercial role, preferably in wine & spirits, luxury goods, or hospitality.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with trade, customers, distributors, and the sommelier community.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the polish and confidence to represent a luxury brand in high-profile environments.
Strong commercial acumen, including budget awareness, ROI mindset, and understanding of market performance drivers.
Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable operating cross-functionally.
This role requires strong cultural fluency and the ability to build programs that resonate across diverse communities for Hennessy. An ideal candidate can engage authentically, build trust, and translate local insights into relevant programming.
Understanding of the on-premise landscape and the ability to work closely with on-premise teams to build relevance and advocacy for Hennessy.
