Job Description

Summary

The Associate Manager, Field Marketing localizes national Hennessy programs to meet the needs of local markets and consumers. This role represents the brand in Louisiana, connects commercial sales and brand teams, and translates consumer insights into relevant programming. The position is based in the New Orleans metro area and requires frequent travel throughout Louisiana.

Responsibilities

  • Localize and execute national marketing programs for the Louisiana market.
  • Build relationships with trade, customers, distributors, and the sommelier community.
  • Collaborate with commercial sales, brand teams, and on-premise teams to strengthen brand relevance and advocacy.
  • Use local consumer insights and trends to develop culturally relevant programming.
  • Support account visits, transport point-of-sale materials, and manage market activities and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, brand marketing, sales, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Commercial acumen, including budget awareness and an understanding of market performance drivers.
  • Cultural fluency and familiarity with the on-premise landscape.
  • Must reside in the New Orleans metro area, travel frequently, hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
