Associate Manager, Packaging Development

Summary

The Associate Manager, Packaging Development supports innovative packaging development for gifting, limited-edition programs, and sampling initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality packaging from concept through execution, with an emphasis on distinctive and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop gift sets, GWP, sampling formats, and supporting packaging collateral.
• Partner with Packaging Design, Purchasing, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to turn concepts into commercially viable packaging.
• Manage packaging programs, milestones, and vendor relationships from concept through execution.
• Identify emerging packaging capabilities, sustainable solutions, materials, and industry trends.
• Support technical requirements, including transit and homologation testing.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Package Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related engineering field.
• At least 3 years of relevant packaging development experience; gifting experience preferred.
• Broad, in-depth knowledge of packaging materials and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CAD literacy is a plus.
