Summary
The Associate Manager, Personalization and Repairs oversees personalization and repair activities within the Distribution Warehouse, acting as the primary technical expert and ensuring quality standards, efficient resource allocation, and timely completion of orders. This role supports After Sales projects, liaises with boutiques and internal teams, and drives continuous improvements and training for personalization processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for moderating personalization requests and ensuring compliance with company guidelines
- Perform accurate and efficient personalization work across product ranges following company standards
- Liaise with Central, boutiques, and internal teams to cascade updates and information
- Monitor and prioritize personalization orders to meet boutique lead times
- Operate and maintain multi-head embroidery equipment and associated supplies
- Manage end-to-end personalization process for embroidery projects including administrative duties
- Unpack, organize products, create shipping documents, and manage shipment pickup and follow-up
- Support training, SOP updates, and onboarding related to personalization rollouts
- Report quality issues to the Aftersales Manager and uphold Dior standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical environment, preferably in luxury goods or related industry
- Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and quality control
- Proven technical skills in repairs and embroidery processes
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and flexible availability including events and occasional evenings or weekends
- Experience with administrative duties and relevant systems for order completion
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to train and support new hires
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
