Associate Manager

Summary

The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in developing and executing strategic plans to build a profitable store business. The role helps deliver an exceptional customer experience, develop talent, and maintain operational excellence while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and support strategic planning, sales, and profit initiatives.
• Support client development and community outreach strategies.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to deliver the store vision.
• Manage store processes, inventory control, productivity, and execution of standards.
• Promote new selling technologies and provide feedback on business trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting or climbing as required, and to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel.
• College degree or equivalent is a plus.
