Associate Manager

Summary

The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in executing strategic plans and building a profitable store business. This role helps optimize talent, operations, and selling while maintaining Ralph Lauren brand standards and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support business trend analysis, strategic planning, and sales and profit performance initiatives.
• Help create and execute client development and community outreach strategies.
• Develop and coach employees, support recruitment, and build a customer-focused team.
• Manage store processes, inventory control, productivity, and shrink goals.
• Champion new selling technologies and maintain exceptional sales floor and store standards.
• Uphold company policies and communicate business opportunities and trends to store and district leadership.

Requirements

• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
