Associate Operations

Summary

The Associate Operations team member supports merchandise flow, presentation, and store operations. This role helps maintain an organized sales floor and back-of-house while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and distribute merchandise; replenish products and complete transfers, customer sends, and vendor returns.
• Maintain the sales floor, fitting rooms, merchandise displays, and back-of-house areas according to company standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries, assist on the sales floor, and follow asset protection procedures.
• Complete assigned projects and operational tasks promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of fashion and ability to use inventory systems and store equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
