Summary
Provide timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders by managing online and transfer sale orders, packaging and shipping merchandise, processing returns, and maintaining systems and inventory to support luxury retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Produce order pick lists multiple times per day and organize picking routes based on volume and express orders
- Execute hold orders within 24 hours and input shipping confirmations into systems promptly
- Package and prepare orders for shipping and ensure items are inspected for quality and correctness prior to dispatch
- Process and log store returns, inspect returned merchandise for resalable condition, and process refunds
- Prioritize and action orders based on time sensitivity and maintain high order fulfillment rates
- Update and maintain order systems, follow up on portal and app notifications, and confirm shipped orders
- Maintain filing system, update cancelled reports twice per week, and replenish packing supplies as required
- Work with cross functional teams to resolve compliance issues and provide feedback to system administrators
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Very detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient with computers and systems such as POS, CTS, SAP and related applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and follow up
- Customer service oriented with ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Ability to process refunds and handle returns according to policy windows
- Capable of maintaining inventory records and managing order fulfillment metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
