Associate, Order Fulfillment

Summary

Responsible for timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders to support sales and deliver a luxury shopping experience. Tasks include picking, packing, shipping, and updating order systems while ensuring product quality and correct labeling. The role supports store and online order processes and handles returns received by stores.

Responsibilities

• Produce order pick lists multiple times per day and organize picking routes
• Execute hold orders within 24 hours and prioritize time sensitive orders
• Input shipping confirmations and update order systems promptly
• Package and prepare orders for shipping and confirm shipments
• Inspect client orders for quality, damages, and correct labeling
• Process and log customer returns shipped back to stores
• Securely store and handle orders to prevent damage or loss
• Follow up on order notifications through portals and apps
• Support CTS and online sales order management

Requirements

• Previous retail or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive picking and packing tasks accurately
• Strong attention to detail for quality and labeling checks
• Comfortable using order management systems and inputting data
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet time sensitive deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to handle merchandise and prepare shipments
• Available to work the hours required by the fulfillment operation
