Associate, Order Fulfillment

Summary

The Associate, Order Fulfillment is responsible for timely and accurate processing of customer transfer sales and online orders to ensure a high-quality luxury shopping experience. The role includes picking, inspecting, packaging, shipping, and processing returns while maintaining system records and meeting fill-rate and accuracy targets. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Produce pick lists and organize picking routes based on volume and priority
• Pick, inspect, package, and prepare orders for shipping; input shipping confirmations into systems
• Ensure hold orders are executed within 24 hours and prioritize time-sensitive orders
• Track, log, and process store returns; inspect merchandise for resalable condition and process refunds
• Maintain and update order systems, reports, and filing; order and replenish packing supplies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Very detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Proficient with computers and retail systems (POS, CTS, SAP or similar)
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and customer-service orientation
