Job Description

Summary

As an Associate Producer - SPV at Nordstrom Bellevue, you will play a crucial role in supporting salesperson video shoots for Nordstrom.com. Your efforts will enhance the online customer experience by connecting customers with Nordstrom's fashion expertise. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and organizational skills to manage both preparation and on-set activities.

Responsibilities
  • Set up video set daily, including filming fixtures, set laptop, and product for shoots.
  • Ensure talent is prepped on product and workflow, adhering to filming schedule to meet throughput goals.
  • Assist in product preparation and wrap-up, including hanging, steaming, tagging, and shipping.
  • Coach talent on set to create engaging content.
  • Provide accurate data entry, process tracking, and communication with program teams.
  • Offer constructive feedback on talent to enhance program vision.
  • Communicate on-set progress, future needs, and process efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with store teams and leaders to ensure smooth workflow and provide feedback on production issues.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail, eCommerce, or commercial video production.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented team player.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing deadlines.
  • Experience executing video shoots from start to finish.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and production team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Styling experience preferred.
